The main objective is to bring the neighborhood high-quality, clean eating, affordable meals that cater to all diets and lifestyles utilizing a sustainable eco-friendly model. Brain Food serves organic greens and grains, free-range organic eggs, nitrate-free bacon, and salmon that is farm-raised in the wild. Our proteins are never frozen and our marinades and salad dressings are fresh and made in-house. We have also developed an affordable meal prep program that prepares vegan, halal, paleo, whole 30 or keto meals at $5 a meal, in striving to serve all diets that can be accessible and affordable to all. Eating healthy and tasty meals shouldn’t be a matter of affordability and we try to take the guesswork out to make it as convenient as possible to all.
Meal Preps 4 for $20
One of the things we pride our brand on is having super affordable healthy meal preps. People always associate eating healthy with a big bill, but with our meal preps there is no excuse. Each meal is less than 600 calories and is only $5 each. We prepare an assortment of 100 meals each day for the grab-and-go customer. This really makes eating clean and staying on track to meeting a fitness goal so much easier. Not to mention we also have our meals in vegan, vegetarian and keto.
Café Vibes With Out The High Prices
Our coffee club is a hit at our current location, not only does it help save and reduce plastic waste from the environment but it also helps and saves you plenty of money. With the purchase of our high-quality branded coffee mugs, you get access to highly discounted coffee drinks as long as you have your reusable mug. This has been a favorite by office employees near the current Brain Food location. The Mugs range from $20-$40 but get you hot coffee for $1 and espresso based drink for $2 and any cold brew anything for only $3.
Sustainability & Vertical Gardens
Our sustainability is driven by opting to provide biodegradable containers, cutlery, straws and reusable bags. We make sure to provide efficient ways to recycle and we provide compost to our neighboring gardens. Not to mention all the greenery in our stores. We strive to do what we can to improve the ozone and air quality in any way possible. We have installed a plant wall with over 200 live plants at our Court St location. We have also planted over 50 potter plants at our other location to help purify the air just a bit more.
Teamwork & Vision
Lastly we are creating a managerial program to develop future business owners and make sure we promote a diverse and inclusive culture. We are working with individuals that have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to learn any aspect of the business and own it, be amazing team-leaders, managers and owners.
